What’s the money for?
Start with the life you want. I’ll build the financial plan round it: your pensions, your investments and your protection. And when a big decision comes up, you can run it past me.
Independent financial planning for recruiters and business owners.

Start with what you want
Before we talk about pensions or investments, I’ll ask what you want. It might be stopping at 55, or a summer away with the kids while they still want to come. It might be your own name above the door. For a lot of people it’s knowing the family would be all right if something happened to them.
Then we work out what the money has to do, and I build the plan that does it.
How I help
Planning
A written financial plan built round what you want. Your pensions, investments and protection all sit in it, pointing the same way.
Coaching: run it past Si
Someone to think out loud with. It might be a job offer, a business idea or a decision you keep putting off. I’ll help you think it through and show you what it does to your plan. It sits alongside the regulated advice and never replaces it.
Ongoing support
We go through the plan together every year, and you can ring me in between. When your job, family or business changes, we redo the numbers.
Who I work with

Recruiters
You’ve had some good years. Maybe you want to stop at 50, or go out on your own one day. I spent [X] years in recruitment before I did this, so I know how commission works.
Financial planning for recruiters
Business owners
You’ve put twenty years into the business. At some point you’ll want something back from it: time, choice, a way out on your own terms. I’ll help you work out what that looks like and what it would take.

Agency founders
You built the agency from a desk and a phone. I’ve worked in recruitment, so I understand what it’s worth and what that rests on. I’ll help you plan a future that doesn’t hang on one deal.

What I do
Pensions
Finding the old ones, deciding whether they belong together, and paying in a sensible amount from the right place.
More about pensionsInvestments
ISAs and investment accounts built round what the money is for, when you’ll need it and how much risk you’re comfortable with.
More about investmentsProtection
Life cover, critical illness cover and income protection, so the bills still get paid if you’re ill, or if you’re not here.
More about protectionIt all goes into one plan, and we go through that plan together every year.
Why work with me
I start with you
The discovery meeting is about you and what you want. We get to the money once we know what it’s for.
You can get hold of me
You’ll have my number. If you’re about to change jobs or take an offer, ring me first.
I’m independent
I can recommend from across the whole market and I have no products of my own to sell.
The pricing is simple
There’s an initial fee of 3% on the first £100,000, and less above that. Then there’s one ongoing service at 0.68% a year. Fund and platform charges are separate, and you’ll see all of it in pounds before you agree to anything.
The advice is done properly
Every recommendation follows a full fact find and four to eight weeks of research, and it comes to you in writing. It’s regulated financial advice, given by someone qualified to give it.
I’ve worked in your world
[X] years in recruitment, an MBA and Chartered Manager status. I understand commission and I understand how a company works.
How it works
We start with a conversation. If we both think I can help, I gather the facts, research your options and come back with a written plan. You pay nothing until you’ve seen it and decided to go ahead.
See the six stepsWhat it costs
0.68% a year for the ongoing service, plus a one-off fee for the initial advice. Both are set out in full, with worked examples.

The discovery meeting is free and there’s no obligation. We’ll talk about where you are and what you want, and work out whether I’m the right person to help.
Book a discovery meetingFifteen minutes on the phone or on Teams. It’s free and there’s nothing to prepare. Tell me what’s going on. I can’t give advice on a call like this, but I’ll tell you whether a discovery meeting is worth your time.
